Tim founded Marlin Selection in 2009 and covers roles in Operations, Risk, Compliance and Finance across a broad range of clients in Financial Services and Commodities. Tim started his career in Financial services and spent 7 years working in the City before moving in to recruitment in 2003. In his spare time he enjoys travelling and all water sports.
