Marlin Selection was founded in 2009 originally focussed on the Commodities and Renewables markets. We have since expanded by acquiring a team to cover Global Markets Sales and Trading. 

All of our consultants have industry experience within their area of expertise and partner with both clients and candidates to create positive relationships, which stand the test of time. A key component to our approach is that we seek to add value and drive efficiencies from the outset.
