An established supranational financial institution, backed by Central Banks, Monetary Authorities, and Multilateral Organisations, is seeking to appoint a Senior Vice President or Vice President, Program Administration to join its high-performing team in Kuala Lumpur.
With a significant footprint in the global Islamic finance space—specifically as the largest issuer in the short-term Sukuk market—this organisation plays a vital role in supporting cross-border liquidity management through Shari’ah-compliant instruments.

The Role
The successful candidate will be part of the Business Operations function, ensuring the smooth running of an international Sukuk issuance programme. This includes coordinating with various internal teams and external service providers to oversee the programme’s administration, as well as contributing to asset and issuance activities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end processes relating to auction issuance, asset inclusion, and redemption

Oversee third-party relationships with service providers including Corporate Administrator, Trustee, Account Bank, and Legal Counsel

Maintain documentation and cash flow models aligned with the programme’s structure and rating requirements

Lead the preparation of reports for Rating Agencies, Primary Dealers, and internal stakeholders

Coordinate legal documentation updates such as the Information Memorandum

Support the renewal and ongoing management of Primary Dealership agreements

Assist with market outreach, distribution strategy, and investor engagement

Deliver process improvements and support strategic operational initiatives

Demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and adherence to professional standards
Candidate Profile

Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Banking, or Engineering

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Structured Finance, Securitisation, ABCP/CP conduit management, or Debt Capital Markets

Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products, particularly within Islamic finance or Shari’ah-compliant structures

Proven ability to build relationships with institutional stakeholders

Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment with a high degree of independence

Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
