Senior Vice President/ Vice President, Program Administration

We are currently the largest issuer in the Global Sukuk short-term market with more than 285 short-term Sukuk offered since 2013 for a total of more than USD 118 billion.
The Business Operations department is responsible for originating and structuring Islamic Assets, conducting the Sukuk issuances, managing the distribution network of our securities internationally, and ensuring the smooth running of the short-term certificate programme.
As a member of the Business Operations, you will oversee the program administration activities to ensure the smooth running of our issuance programme, as well as have an active involvement in both asset and issuance activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the Asset, Issuance and Settlement teams to ensure a smooth a process in term of auction issuance, asset inclusion and redemption of Sukuk products
Direct the activities of third support providers on the Issuance Program (e.g. Corporate Administrator, Trustee, Issuing & Paying Agency, Account Bank, Delegate)
Manage the relationships with Rating Agencies and Councel at the Program level
Supervise the program’s documented priority of payments and maintain cash flow modelling
Prepare and oversee all the regular conduit management reports to Rating Agencies, Primary Dealers and other updates such as financial & compliance reporting, historical performance…
Coordinate the annual update of the Information Memorandum with external legal advisors
Prepare and support the renewal process of the Primary Dealership agreements
Responsibilities also include participating in the asset and issuance activities, enhancing the distribution network of Sukuks as well as developing the investor base
Undertake ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the existing framework
Be able to work independently and act responsibly in the best interest of the Institution
Demonstrate high standards of personal and professional ethics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Banking/ Engineering
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in Securitization, Structured Finance, ABCP/CP Conduit management, or Debt Capital Markets
Sound knowledge of Fixed Income & Structured Finance markets
Experience in ABCP conduit is preferable
Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, including ability to convey complex concepts and issues concisely
Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude required
Sound judgment capable of developing independent opinion
Strong organizational skills, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
Able to work in an international environment with a strong team spirit
Excellent written & oral communication in English, other language is a plus
