Key Responsibilities:
Manage counterparty discussions and negotiation processes for LNG. Draft and produce contract documents, including Confirmation Notices. Ensure all contracts receive appropriate internal approvals before execution. Prioritise and manage contract requests to meet expectations. Communicate new counterparty agreements to internal teams and input into systems. Maintain and update Commodities Trading House LNG standard agreements with legal support. Oversee onboarding of new counterparties and vessels. Coordinate contract execution following LNG internal approval processes. Manage counterparty relationships on various LNG trading platforms. Maintain accurate records and databases of executed contracts and counterparties.
Essential Qualifications:
Experience in commodity markets or LNG trading business. Knowledge of contracts such as Master Sale and Purchase agreements, Confirmation Notices, Framework Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Parent Company Guarantees, and Letters of Credit. Proven experience in managing counterparty relationships. Understanding of legal and LNG operational principles. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional manner and collaborative approach with various stakeholders. Ability to prioritize multiple activities and work autonomously.
