A great opportunity to join a Boutique Independant Financial Advisory Firm based in Mayfair. We serve a High Net Worth client base across Pension advice, Mortgage Structuring and Estate planning.
We are now looking to hire an experienced administrator with Wealth Management / Paraplanning experience to join us on a full time basis.
Your duties will include:
Good working knowledge of Intelliflo to guarantee complete and accurate client records
Experience of using a range of provider platforms
Some experience of using marketing software e.g., Mailchimp
Experience of packaging and submitting Life Assurance , Investment and Mortgage
Applications for clients
To assist the Director with diary management and appointments
To assist in the operational functions of the company
