Your responsibilities would include:
Developing and researching ideas for potential transactions and new business opportunities.
Supporting the origination and structuring of deals and initiatives by:
• Creating detailed Excel-based financial models to evaluate transactions.
• Preparing high-quality presentations and pitch documents for senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting due diligence and analysing the risk and reward of proposed transactions.
• Assisting with the transaction approval process, coordinating with teams across tax, credit, legal, accounting, and risk.
• Supporting the integration of transactions, ensuring a seamless transition to middle and back-office functions
You will need the following experience:
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or similar
• 2 to 4 years experience working within a bank, trading house or big four firm
• Energy market experience
