Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:Lead and manage multi-functional teams on platform simplification and integration projects.
  • Process Improvement:Develop and implement robust processes to enhance control frameworks and improve post-trade execution activities.
  • Strategic Partnership:Collaborate with business units to develop tools and dashboards that support business initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence:Identify and address control gaps and process inefficiencies, and lead high-impact operational improvement projects.
  • Team Development:Foster strong communication and collaboration between the London and Denmark offices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:Proven track record in trading markets (commodities or financial sector) and delivering change initiatives.
  • Skills:Strong analytical, process management, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership:Confident and credible with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic solutions.
  • Relationship Building:Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
