The HR Senior Manager is responsible to develop and lead strategic HR plans and
projects for the ‘Group of Companies’ that will support and help drive business growth.
Provides overall leadership and management for HR functional areas including
Organisational Design, Recruitment, Compensation & Reward, Talent Management,
Employee Relations, Performance Management, implementing HR Policy & Procedures,
HR Engagement Initiatives, and also manages the IT and Office Admin functions, ensuring
high levels of availability, service and efficiency.
Reports directly to the CEO
Approx. 2 x Direct Reports. Line manages the HR & Admin Department and IT
Department

Daily contact with Senior Managers and Directors to consult on strategic
direction
Frequent contact with employees from all departments/companies
Maintain positive working relationships with executives, senior managers and
employees at all levels.
Frequent contact with external agencies, clients, DMCC, Legal representatives
and other companies.
Act as the Company Representative for DMCC and any relevant
meetings/events.
Consult and collaborate with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as
a link between an organization's management and its employees.
Works independently with minimal supervision and is expected to handle the
complex problems and issues relating to the role.
