Your responsibilities will include:
- Process UK and international payments
- Handle SWIFT payments through SWIFT AllianceLite2
- Execute FX transactions and oversee card payment transactions.
- Perform second checks and authorize manually entered or repaired domestic and international payments
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and clients on rejected payments, exceptional items, and required documentation.
You will need to have the following experience:
- Solutions-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines while ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
