We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager on a contract basis for an initial 6 month term for a large MiFID II regulatory project.
- Agile expertise: The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of effectively managing Agile projects from start to finish.
- Stakeholder management and communication:
- Must have strong experience in managing stakeholders, leading steering committee updates, and coordinating working groups and planning events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Hands-On: Looking for a "do-er" who takes initiative, proactively manages risks, issues, and dependencies, and drives projects to successful delivery without needing to be told what to do.
- Strong technical background; has worked within IT/Technology teams
- Strong regulatory experrience; Trade & Transaction reporting, Market Abuse, Surveillance and knowledgable of MiFID II regulations
- Relationship building: Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Delivery Focused: Must have a solid background in successfully delivering projects on time and within scope, with a keen focus on quality and outcomes.
