Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with ship agents, customs clearance agents, superintendents, port personnel, and UK customers.
- Oversee the smooth running of our import and distribution processes from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, prepare for audits, and assist with customer audits to ensure they meet their own quality standards.
You will need to have the following experience:
- A highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.
- Experience or familiarity with shipping documentation (CIF) and customs procedures is desirable.
- Strong communication skills for effective liaison with various stakeholders.
